I can't title my thoughts.

Today I was walking through the halls at school and noticed a kid wearing a shirt that said: "I support troops that go to Canada". What is that supposed to mean? Is it supposed to be a war protest about our war in Iraq? I certainly hope not. If this is what the United States teens are coming too, I think I'll move to Europe where they have at least some idea of pride for their country. People like this that are angry at Bush and the war tick me off. We are already at war now and we have taken over a country and have taken it upon ourselves to help this country. We are in for the long haul and people better get used to that. We have already done to much to the country of Iraq to just leave it. Protests aren't going to change that, at least for now. People need to look at the war and think of it as any other war: People are going to die no matter what, war is war. Also, since we are already up to our waists in this war, everyone should understand that we really can't get out of it and that we might as well all work together and help the government and our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. People who are not willing to support the war are unpatriotic, our nation is at war and people aren't willing to support their country and the men and women who are dying to protect our country. If you say that what we are doing in Iraq is wrong because we shouldn't be over there trying to make the world more like us or that we are trying to wipe out the Muslims, right now, who cares. We are already there and the men and women over-seas really need our support now and they are only going to get that support from us. So support the troops over in Iraq and any other place of conflict because they really need it.

Wow, you poor soul. This is one of the saddest things that I have read in a long time. This kind of blind patriotism is what allowed Bush to sucker the American people into supporting his oil war. Do you really think it's okay that Bush has sent 2,000 Americans to their deaths, 2,000 Americans that had wives, mothers, and children? I really hope that you have signed up to join the armed forces, because you would take the place of someone that realizes that simply supporting whatever the government does puts on the road to 1984. (Orwell's novel, Big Brother and all that, in case the reference was missed.)

Pat g you should shut the hell up. I am as conservative as people get. and i also support the war. My brother is in Iraq right now fighting for the country he loves. This isn't even his first time over seas. Last year he was in Afghanistan. You think that that you are so damn smart, but you are just an idiot liberal who watches cnn and thinks all they say is true. They tell you what liberal idiot (like yourself) want to hear. You probably didn't even know that the majority of deaths from the war have been from car accidents by soldiers. I'm not talking about car bombs, but just plain accidents. So how but you do a little bit of research and shut the hell up until then. I don't care if people are against the war, as long as they don't bring down the soldiers who are fighting for America. You know what Pat G, you should grow some balls and do something for your country instead of making fun of what you don't understand. Down with liberals!!!

Hmmmmmmmmmm, you should say that to a soldier out in Iraq. Im pretty sure he wouldn't say "Yah, i hate Bush for sending us out here for the sake of Liberty" They are fighting for you, but do you care? No. All you liberals do is complain about the US protecting you, you don't even deserve to be here if your gonna moan and wine. Those 2000 or so soldiers died for you, and they died with pride for their nation.

Pat, pat, pat. You don't understand, war is war. People are going to die. Why is it that so many people are opposed to the war? Bush may have sent people to Iraq but he didn't kill any of them. Insurgents killed them. If you want to pissed at anyone, you should be pissed at the people who are actually pulling the triggers and killing our soldiers. If anything you should be for the war, I always thought that liberals were for change? Why are they not for change in other countries in the world, especially those that were being murdered by the President? Ohh, thats right, you're a liberal, if it will cost you money or make you go out of your little perfect American bubble than you don't want it. People are dieing in iraq and you won't stop to give a damn for those people when they die. All you'll think about is that Bush is an idiot, but you won't stop for one second to care that someone else died for his country.
